The Correspondence Matrix provides a more comprehensive representation of where correspondences exist across multiple maps and organisms and between maps and genomes. This displays the number of marker correspondences for linkage groups between two maps, or between a single map and all maps in a species. During comparison between map and genome, the number of genetic marker correspondences between map linkage groups and genome scaffolds is displayed. Selecting a grid element will click through to the MapViewer displaying that particular map comparison combination.
